Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Sales Experience Required

About the role

This is a full‑time trainee position in a specialist technology recruitment agency. You will join a fast‑growing team that places software, cloud, data and cyber‑security professionals with high‑growth tech companies across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with technology clients, both new and existing.
• Source, engage and headhunt high‑quality software and technology candidates.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, from business development to placement.
• Develop expertise in a specific technology market segment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in any sales environment (e.g., telesales, B2B, estate agency, car sales, recruitment, hospitality or retail).
• Confident communicator who enjoys relationship building.
• Competitive, resilient and motivated by earnings potential.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary £26,000‑£28,000 per year plus uncapped commission.
• Year‑1 OTE of £40,000, with potential to reach £65,000 by Year 3.
