Key responsibilities

• Source and headhunt candidates for software engineering, product, sales and infrastructure roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support senior consultants on active mandates and client meetings.
• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and market dynamics.
• Develop market knowledge in high‑growth FinTech sectors.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B sales or phone‑based outreach.
• Demonstrated personal achievements in sport, music, academics or other areas.
• Ambitious, resilient and eager to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
• Strong work ethic.

Required skills

• Basic salary £27,000‑£30,000 plus uncapped commission (up to 35%).
