About the role

Join a fast‑growing specialist recruitment agency in Bristol as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You will work within the Engineering and Technology sectors, building relationships with clients and candidates while developing a career path that offers early responsibility and rapid progression.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with engineering and technology clients.
• Generate new business through outbound sales activities and cold calling.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to placement.
• Source, screen, interview and present candidates to clients.
• Advertise vacancies and proactively head‑hunt talent.
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
