Trainee Sales Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Trainee Sales Advisor to join a leading self‑storage provider in North London. You will be at the heart of the customer journey, helping clients find the right storage solution while supporting daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and closing sales.
• Provide tailored storage solutions based on individual customer needs.
• Manage enquiries via phone, email and in‑person, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Maintain high store standards, keeping the environment welcoming, clean and professional.
• Promote products and services, highlighting key benefits and value.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and company procedures.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Confident communicator, both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• Customer‑focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and adaptable.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple enquiries.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
