Trainee Sales Consultant – Home Improvements

About the role

Join a fast‑growing home‑improvement business as a Trainee Sales Consultant. You will follow a structured programme that blends classroom learning, showroom exposure and real‑world customer visits, preparing you for a career designing and selling windows, doors, conservatories and extensions.

Key responsibilities

• Attend qualified appointments with homeowners alongside experienced sales professionals.
• Learn to design and present tailored home‑improvement solutions using design software.
• Build product knowledge across windows, doors, conservatories, extensions and orangeries.
• Support customers throughout the buying journey, from initial enquiry to final sale.
• Collaborate with showroom, surveying and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the brand professionally.

Required profile

• Ambitious, motivated individuals eager to build a long‑term career in sales.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, estate agency, kitchens, bathrooms or call‑centre environments is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
