Trainee Sales Executive

About the role

Fonehouse is looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Sales Executive to join its fast‑growing telecommunications team in Bracknell. This entry‑level position offers a solid foundation in inbound sales, customer retention and product knowledge across mobile and broadband services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all inbound sales enquiries and call existing customers for retention – no cold calling.
• Influence purchasing decisions, manage objections and deliver excellent customer service.
• Process orders for mobile devices and broadband for both B2C and B2B channels.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and answer customer queries accurately.
• Enter customer information into company databases for billing and mailing purposes while ensuring compliance.

Required profile

• Charismatic communicator with a natural ability to build rapport.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and resilient in a fast‑paced environment.
• Quick learner who can adapt to new products and services.
• Team player who contributes positively to workplace culture.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided, though broadband or B2B sales experience is a plus.
