Trainee Sales Executive – £27k‑£30k + Commission

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Sales Executive to join our fast‑growing electronics business in Newbury. This entry‑level position offers full training, ongoing coaching and a clear pathway to a long‑term sales career in a dynamic technical market.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team with lead generation and outreach activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Handle inbound enquiries, qualify opportunities and follow up on quotes.
• Learn the product range, market positioning and assist with proposals.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and work towards individual and team sales targets.
