About the role
Join a respected independent estate agency as a Trainee Sales Negotiator and develop your property sales expertise in a fast‑moving environment. This full‑time position offers the chance to build client relationships, negotiate offers and see transactions through to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Register new buyers and schedule property viewings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate offers and guide sales through to settlement.
- Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the buying process.
Required profile
- Previous experience working in an estate agency or similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive, target‑driven and motivated by achieving results.
- Valid full UK driving licence.
