Trainee Sales Negotiator – Property

About the role

Join a well‑regarded estate agency in Haslemere as a Trainee Sales Negotiator. You will support the sales team in a high‑end property market, developing client relationships and learning the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior negotiators with property viewings, valuations and client communications.
• Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials and sales proposals.
• Manage enquiries, schedule appointments and follow up with prospective buyers.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency’s CRM system.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and revenue goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales or customer‑facing role.
• Enthusiastic, energetic attitude with a strong drive to succeed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional approach with high standards of service.
• Full UK driving licence.
