About the role

Sandhills is seeking a motivated Trainee Sales Representative to develop business across the UK territories. You will work with customers in the trucking, construction, and agricultural equipment sectors, promoting advertising solutions and cloud‑based services. This role offers high income potential for a results‑driven professional.

Key responsibilities

Prospect and contact potential customers in trucking, construction, or agricultural equipment industries.
Sell print and online advertising as well as Sandhills’ hosted cloud‑based services.
Maintain relationships with customers after the initial sale to drive long‑term results.
Educate customers on the full range of tools and services available.
Travel to client sites regularly, approximately one week per month (subject to company needs).

Required profile

Full, clean UK/EU driving licence.
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Strong work history and a ‘hunter’ sales mentality.
High level of self‑motivation, resilience and excellent organisational skills.
