Trainee Tech Recruitment Consultant – High Earning Potential

About the role

Join a fast‑growing tech recruitment firm as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You will develop expertise in the technology hiring market, learn to advise clients on hiring trends, and build a pipeline of high‑value placements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new client accounts through business development activities.
• Source candidates via cold calling, networking and headhunting across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate interview schedules and act as the liaison between clients and candidates.
• Provide interview preparation advice and negotiate offers to secure successful placements.

Required profile

• University degree with a 2:1 or higher.
• Strong academic record (minimum BBB at A‑Level).
• Confident interpersonal skills and a motivated, energetic attitude.
• Financially driven and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms for candidate sourcing.

What we offer

• £30,000 base salary plus a 40% commission structure (no threshold).
