Trainee Validation Technician – Clean Air Technology

About the role

We are looking for a Trainee Validation Technician to join a specialist clean‑air technology business that supports hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceutical manufacturers and research facilities. You will combine hands‑on site work with technical reporting, carrying out testing and certification in cleanrooms, labs and healthcare environments across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Perform testing and certification activities in cleanrooms, laboratories and healthcare settings.
• Take accurate readings using specialist validation equipment.
• Prepare compliance and technical reports for clients.
• Travel regionally and stay overnight as required.

Required profile

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK and stay away from home regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to pass enhanced security and background checks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn; previous validation experience not required.

• Operation of specialist validation equipment.
