About the role

As a Trainee Validation Technician you will combine hands‑on site work with technical reporting to ensure critical environments and equipment meet strict regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform testing, validation and certification activities in cleanrooms, laboratories and healthcare settings.
• Take accurate readings using specialist equipment and record data meticulously.
• Prepare compliance reports that demonstrate safety, operational readiness and regulatory adherence.
• Travel regionally across the North East and stay overnight as required for field assignments.

Required profile

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK and stay away from home regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to pass enhanced security and background checks.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a technical environment.
