Trainer – Chauffeur Training

About the role

Wheely is looking for a Trainer to elevate service quality across its London chauffeur fleet. You will deliver engaging training, assess performance, and provide constructive feedback to ensure every chauffeur meets the company’s five‑star standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver group and 1:1 training sessions for chauffeurs.
• Assess chauffeurs against Wheely standards and provide clear feedback.
• Conduct quality checks and coaching to improve performance.
• Act as the local expert, answering questions and supporting chauffeurs.
• Collaborate with peers in other regions to continuously improve training processes.

Required profile

• Passion for engaging facilitation and training others.
• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering group training.
• Successful track record of meeting high customer‑service standards.
• Working knowledge of Google Slides or PowerPoint for training materials.
• At least 2 years in a customer‑facing role, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in luxury vehicles and their specifications is a plus.
