Training Advisor

About the role

Gaucho is looking for a Training Advisor to shape the development of its hospitality teams. Based in Liverpool, you will ensure every employee receives high‑quality training, support and continuous development from day one, helping the brand deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate onboarding programmes for new staff.
• Create ongoing learning initiatives that enhance service standards and operational efficiency.
• Partner with restaurant managers to identify skill gaps and tailor training solutions.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and performance metrics.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training materials and ensure compliance with health, safety and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Passionate about hospitality and employee development.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, organised and able to work independently.
• Experience in a training or learning‑and‑development role within a hospitality setting is preferred.

Required skills

• Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with training documentation and reporting tools.
