Training and Standards Executive

About the role

Our client in Bedford is looking for a Training and Standards Executive to support the development, delivery and administration of training programmes and standards across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Source and help create training content using internal and external resources.
• Maintain and organise training materials, ensuring they are up‑to‑date, accessible and version‑controlled.
• Support the administration and preparation of both in‑person and virtual training events.
• Participate in delivering training sessions, including e‑learning packages.
• Track and report training completion, flagging non‑compliance where required.
• Maintain accurate records of contractor performance, training and compliance.
• Administer training, qualifications and skills data in the company’s online database, ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Assist with the administration and tracking of training budgets.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in a fast‑paced office environment.
• Highly organised, efficient and flexible with strong multi‑tasking abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Proficiency with Teams and social media platforms.
• Understanding of GDPR regulations.
