Training & HR Coordinator

About the role

Talent Guardian is partnering with a thriving food manufacturing business to hire a Training & HR Coordinator. The role blends coordination of training programmes with day‑to‑day HR support, offering a varied and hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all company inductions, including scheduling weekly and monthly sessions and delivering technical training such as food safety and allergen awareness.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive training matrix covering all processes and procedures.
• Monitor training expiry dates, arrange refresher courses and manage core online modules (e.g., anti‑harassment training).
• Produce regular reports on training completion, compliance and outstanding requirements.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR support, handling new starter onboarding, offer letters, leaver processing and HR record keeping.
• Assist the payroll process by supplying timely and accurate information.

Required profile

• Experience in a training, HR or people‑focused administrative or coordination role.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage a diverse workforce.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills for spreadsheet management and reporting.

What we offer

• Competitive salary of £30,000‑£34,000 per year.
• Full‑time, on‑site position based in Wembley, North West London.
