Training & Implementation Specialist – Midlands

About the role

DentalMonitoring is seeking a Training & Implementation Specialist for the Midlands region. The role combines clinical expertise with technology adoption to help dental practices integrate AI‑powered remote monitoring solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and design custom workflows tailored to each practice.
• Train clinicians and dental teams on the DentalMonitoring suite of solutions.
• Nurture existing customers to maximize the benefits of the AI technology and dashboard.
• Build strong relationships, act as a technical bridge, and support local trade shows.
• Collaborate with regional sales managers, customer success, inside sales, and sales representatives to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Travel up to 60% of the time to deliver in‑person training and implementation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in dentistry and/or orthodontics or an equivalent degree.
• Strong consultative/solution‑based sales approach with training and implementation experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, results‑driven, independent, and collaborative mindset.
• Advanced English verbal and written proficiency.

Required skills

• High level of IT and computer science knowledge with interest in new technologies.
• Ability to influence clients, organize priorities, and solve problems efficiently.
