Training Manager – Property Management & Lettings (18‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Lead the coordination and delivery of Lloyds Living's property management learning programme, ensuring the business has the capability to deliver safe, compliant, high‑quality property management at scale. You will identify capability gaps, define an outcome‑led learning plan and embed learning into day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a prioritised learning plan aligned to business priorities, regulatory requirements and performance indicators.
• Identify capability and performance gaps by partnering with portfolio, mobilisation and risk teams and translate audit findings into learning requirements.
• Oversee end‑to‑end learning solutions with the Skills Development team and manage external providers to deliver specialist training.
• Coordinate rollout across the property management function, ensuring clear ownership, timely delivery and consistent execution.
• Track delivery and impact of the learning programme, reporting on performance trends, audit outcomes and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven background in residential property management or lettings, including experience with repairs, compliance and tenancy management in a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated experience in learning, training or capability development, preferably working with internal L&D teams and coordinating programmes across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical learning outputs and embed learning into operational routines.
