Training Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Training Specialist to deliver personalised coaching and training across our franchise network in the South of England. You will work closely with store employees and managers to identify performance gaps and create tailored development solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑to‑one coaching and group training sessions both face‑to‑face and virtually.
• Conduct training needs analyses, identify performance gaps and design bespoke programmes.
• Develop and roll out comprehensive training curricula using classroom, webinar and digital platforms.
• Support consistent implementation of policies and procedures across all locations.
• Produce monthly reports on store visits, training activities and outcomes, using data to improve future initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with store teams to foster a culture of ongoing development.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in training, learning & development or coaching with a proven impact on employee performance.
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills for both individual and group audiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with excellent interpersonal and influencing abilities.
• Highly organised with strong planning and time‑management capabilities.
• Ability to travel independently across the region and maintain productivity on the move.
• Preferred: recognised training qualification (e.g., CIPD Level 5 in L&D) and a full UK driving licence.
