Transaction Relationship Manager - Structured Finance

About the role

The Transaction Relationship Manager will deliver tailored capital‑market transaction services to banks, corporates and governments. You will manage a portfolio of structured finance transactions, ensuring high‑quality client service and compliance throughout the deal lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Review, negotiate and execute documentation for new structured finance transactions and amendments.
• Manage a portfolio of structured finance deals, including cash‑management responsibilities.
• Act as the primary contact for allocated clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Set up and maintain transactions, handling post‑closure matters and ensuring accurate billing and invoicing.
• Collaborate with Client Analytics Management to ensure proper model setup.
• Conduct annual reviews and KYC renewals.
• Liaise with Operations for new and existing transactions.
• Create, verify and manage diary dates for future events derived from documentation.
• Open, verify, manage and close cash and custody accounts as required.
• Support Sales on new business prospects and assist Product with product developments.
• Contribute to audit and control activities.

Required profile

• Understanding of Issuer Corporate Trust products and the structured finance market.
• Experience with structured finance transactions and cash‑management processes.
• Familiarity with transaction documentation and deal execution.
• University degree or solid secondary education.

Required skills

• Excel (intermediate)

What we offer

• Daily rate of £520 (umbrella arrangement).
• 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
• Hybrid working – three days per week in Canary Wharf, London.
