Transaction Services Senior

About the role

Pro‑Finance is seeking a Transaction Services Senior Associate to join its fast‑growing advisory team. You will work on financial due‑diligence engagements for lower‑mid‑market transactions, supporting private‑equity firms, search funds, trade buyers and lenders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain data packs and supporting schedules for due‑diligence projects.
• Analyse historical financial performance, including revenue, margin and cost trends.
• Review working‑capital and net‑debt positions of target companies.
• Liaise directly with clients and target management teams.
• Draft clear, concise due‑diligence reports and other deliverables.
• Coach and support junior team members.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider firm.
• Assist with financial models used for transaction analysis.
• Contribute to business‑development activities such as proposals and networking.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA, CFA or an equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial due‑diligence.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑starting attitude with the ability to take ownership.
• Effective organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
