Transactions Associate – Business Sales

About the role
We are seeking a Transactions Associate to join our fast‑growing Transactions Team in Bolton. You will act as the primary contact for a portfolio of small‑business owners, guiding them through the sale of their shareholdings and assets across any sector in the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, high‑quality service to all clients in line with company standards.
- Follow established sales processes, managing the flow of potential buyers.
- Arrange and lead meetings with interested parties, setting agendas and preparing clients.
- Liaise with solicitors and support clients through due‑diligence to completion.
- Meet strict deadlines, KPI targets and team performance goals.
Required profile
- Proven track record in any sales‑focused role (e.g., commercial sales, real‑estate lettings, recruitment).
- Strong organisational ability and self‑management skills.
- Numerate with solid analytical capability.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills at all levels.
- High energy, commitment and a collaborative team mindset.
