Transfer Pricing Director

About the role

We are seeking a Transfer Pricing Director to lead complex international tax projects for a portfolio of UK and overseas clients. In this senior position you will shape client strategy, oversee delivery of transfer pricing documentation and provide commercial insight across cross‑border structures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of transfer pricing engagements for diverse UK and international clients.
• Advise on transfer pricing policy, documentation, planning and risk management.
• Build and maintain senior‑level client relationships as a trusted technical and commercial adviser.
• Collaborate with wider tax and advisory teams to deliver integrated international tax solutions.
• Contribute to business development, team leadership and the growth of the transfer pricing service line.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing principles, documentation requirements and international tax frameworks.
• Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and leading advisory projects.
• Ability to identify opportunities, win new work and support broader business development.
• Relevant professional qualification such as ACA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent.
