Transfer Pricing Manager – Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager to join our Financial Services tax team. You will provide technical transfer pricing advice to banking, asset management, insurance and other financial services clients, acting as the main point of contact for both external and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver multi‑jurisdictional transfer pricing projects, overseeing day‑to‑day delivery and client communication.
• Collaborate with international tax, indirect tax and advisory teams to ensure integrated solutions.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, billing and reporting to senior management.
• Coach and mentor junior team members through structured training and on‑the‑job support.
• Contribute to business development and the growth of the Financial Services proposition.

Required profile

• CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent qualification, or a relevant degree in economics, finance, law or accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of transfer pricing experience, preferably covering advisory work, documentation, benchmarking, value‑chain analysis and handling tax authority enquiries or APAs.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with sound risk judgement.
• Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a team environment.
• Excellent communication, organisational and project‑management skills.
• Experience developing junior team members; financial‑services exposure is a plus.
