Transfer Pricing Senior

About the role

Menzies is seeking a Transfer Pricing Senior to support a diverse portfolio of clients, from owner‑managed businesses to large multinational groups, delivering high‑quality transfer pricing compliance and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare transfer pricing documentation such as Master Files, Local Files and Country‑by‑Country reports.
• Conduct functional and economic analyses and benchmarking studies using relevant databases.
• Assist with transfer pricing planning projects, advisory assignments and audit/dispute resolution.
• Review intercompany agreements, pricing policies and draft technical reports, memos and client correspondence.
• Manage project tasks, liaise with clients, coordinate with other tax teams and support senior managers on cross‑border projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• CTA / ACA / ACCA qualified (or part‑qualified with relevant experience).
• Previous experience in transfer pricing, international tax or corporate tax within a practice.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand client business models.

Required skills

• Knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and UK transfer pricing legislation.
• Experience preparing transfer pricing documentation and performing benchmarking analyses.
