Transfers Associate – Asset Transfer & Tax Analyst

About the role

This position is responsible for overseeing client transitions and asset transfers while ensuring tax reporting compliance for our UK and US clients. Working in a hybrid London environment, you will act as the central liaison between front‑office teams, external custodians and third‑party providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end client transitions and asset transfer processes.
• Implement Altus/TeX solutions to deliver required benefits and coverage.
• Liaise with external parties on UK and US tax reporting matters.
• Serve as the primary contact for front‑office and client queries on transitions and tax reporting (CGIX).
• Review and improve the enhanced asset transfer service for efficiency gains.
• Support corporate actions oversight and outsourced relationship management.
• Develop and present management information, dashboards and MI for oversight committees.
• Drive process improvements using IT development and Microsoft products.
• Participate in service review meetings with third‑party providers.
• Assist with the production and verification of periodic tax documents.

Required profile

• 2+ years of operational experience in UK transitions and related market participants.
• Knowledge of UK and US tax reporting rules and requirements.
• Understanding of corporate action processing and market regulations.
