Transformation Delivery Manager - Operating Model

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned transformation professional to lead the design and implementation of an enterprise Target Operating Model for a regulated utility infrastructure organisation. You will work closely with executive stakeholders and external partners to translate strategic objectives into measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and rollout of the enterprise TOM, using activity analysis to inform core decisions.
• Plan and execute transformation workstreams across technology, process and organisational change, managing stage‑gate reviews, risks and dependencies.
• Partner with business leaders to build readiness plans, conduct change impact assessments and drive sustainable adoption.
• Develop business cases, track benefits realisation against KPIs and ensure delivery of tangible value at key milestones.
• Act as a bridge between the Transformation Office, C‑suite stakeholders and third‑party consulting partners in a multi‑supplier environment.

Required profile

• Background in management consulting, advisory or similar fast‑paced transformation environments.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale business and technology transformation programmes, preferably in a regulated or complex infrastructure setting.
• Deep knowledge of Target Operating Model implementation, process re‑engineering, activity analysis and technology change.
• Familiarity with project delivery frameworks such as PRINCE2, MSP, AgilePM or Prosci.
• Ability to navigate matrixed organisations, collaborate with external consultants and influence C‑suite leadership.
• Proactive and resilient mindset with a talent for simplifying complexity.
