About the role
The Transformation Lead will support a London borough undergoing a finance systems implementation. You will design and deliver training programmes for the new system and lead organisational change to ensure a smooth adoption across the authority. The role is hybrid, based in London, and runs for 6‑12 months with an immediate start.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training schemes for the new finance system.
- Lead organisational change activities to promote system adoption.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance Lead and Project Manager.
- Support transformation programmes and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Monitor progress and adjust change strategies as needed.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering change within local government.
- Background in financial management and understanding of local authority pressures.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and drive successful organisational change.

- Contract length of 6‑12 months with immediate start.
- Daily rate up to £700.
