Transformation Project Manager

About the role

The Transformation Project Manager will lead ISP’s outsourcing programme, establishing a global shared‑service centre with the main hub in India. Reporting to the Group Head of Transformation, Change and Onboarding, the role oversees end‑to‑end transition of HR and Finance services, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and with minimal disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the HR and Finance outsourcing transition programme, managing plans, milestones, inter‑dependencies, risks and budgets.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across HR, Finance, Technology, Procurement and Operations, and hold both ISP teams and the outsourcing partner accountable for timelines and go‑live readiness.
• Oversee knowledge‑transfer, cut‑over planning, business readiness and go‑live activities, ensuring a smooth hand‑over to business‑as‑usual operations.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and change‑management plans, building strong relationships with senior leaders and functional teams.
• Act as the primary interface with the outsourced service provider, managing governance forums, contractual compliance and service‑level commitments.
• Monitor service performance during stabilisation, support KPI/SLAs implementation and drive continuous‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale first‑generation outsourcing programmes, particularly HR and Finance migrations to India.
• Strong programme and project‑management background in complex multinational organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organisational change, manage executive stakeholders and steering committees.
• Successful track record of delivering outsourcing projects on time and within budget.
• Experience working with third‑party outsourcing partners through transition and stabilisation phases.
