Transport Administrator – Pre‑Brief Clerk

About the role

DX Network Services is looking for a friendly, hard‑working Transport Administrator to support the Shift Manager with daily driver pre‑briefs. You will help ensure drivers are fully prepared, compliant and able to deliver the best possible service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all drivers attend the pre‑brief session each shift.
• Organise driver returns to the Service Centre to manage delivery and collection performance.
• Complete performance management processes, analysing failed deliveries and collections for DXE customers.
• Run system‑driven interrogation of Service Centre performance using DXNS databases.
• Reconcile returned documentation to protect revenue and support accurate billing.
• Validate that all scheduled delivery and collection points are attended and challenge any performance exceptions before driver departure.
