Transport Coordinator

About the role

FM Conway is seeking an experienced Transport Coordinator to join its Aggregates and Asphalt Commercial division. Based at the Sevenoaks head office, you will oversee a fleet of vehicles, allocate loads efficiently and maintain clear communication with drivers.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the FM Conway delivery plan for both internal and external suppliers.
• Plan, schedule and communicate details of transport work.
• Handle enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with customer service, commercial and administration teams.
• Prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
• Provide support and flexibility when office resources are limited.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a distribution environment.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
