Transport Executive

About the role

Our client, a growing educational travel company, is looking for a Transport Executive to join their transport team. This role offers the chance to coordinate air, rail and coach travel for group tours while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and book air, rail and coach travel for educational group tours.
• Obtain competitive transport quotations and select the best solutions.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to secure and confirm bookings.
• Manage booking deadlines and ensure all transport requirements are met on time.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and transport information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with transport suppliers.
• Resolve transport‑related queries to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administration, travel, logistics, transport coordination or customer service.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
