Travel Branch Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced manager to lead our Edinburgh travel branch. You will oversee a team of seven, drive sales performance, and ensure the store meets its profitability targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of an established retail travel agency.
• Drive individual and store sales targets, KPIs and profitability.
• Inspire, motivate and mentor team members, supporting their personal development plans.
• Develop relationships with local businesses, organise in‑store events and collaborate on localized marketing strategies.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries.
• Work a rota of 5 out of 7 days, 09:00‑17:30.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing a retail travel agency at manager or assistant manager level.
• Passion for travel and a hands‑on approach to selling a wide range of destinations.
• Strong people‑development skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
