About the role

We are seeking a passionate Travel Consultant to join our award‑winning team. In this client‑facing position you will help travellers plan and book their dream holidays, delivering a high‑standard service that reflects our reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and personalised recommendations to clients across a range of cruise and holiday products.
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry through to booking, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, product knowledge and promotional offers.

Required profile

• Well‑travelled and confident with a genuine passion for travel.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Motivated, target‑driven and able to work autonomously.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
