Travel Product Manager – Part‑time (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Travel Product Manager to join a fast‑growing travel and media company. Working 32 hours a week on a fully remote basis, you will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for escorted tours and bespoke group travel programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Product to plan and manage the product pipeline, balancing in‑house packages and third‑party partnerships.
• Develop product concepts through to launch, including pricing, commercial viability and schedule management.
• Maintain a competitive, diverse portfolio that meets partner and audience needs while supporting sales targets.
• Negotiate rates and arrangements with suppliers, secure allocations and monitor availability.
• Work closely with internal teams to meet deadlines and respond to sales and marketing queries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product development or contracting within a tour operator, cruise operator or similar travel business.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing stakeholder relationships.

• Base salary £39,000 pro‑rata per year.
• Fully remote work with one day per month in the Surrey office.
