Travel & Tours Reservation Consultant

About the role

Join a fast‑growing travel company as a Travel & Tours Reservation Consultant, reporting to the Sales & Operations Manager. You will plan and manage every element of tour bookings, ensuring seamless experiences for clients from inquiry to post‑trip follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily tour itineraries, handle invoicing, ticketing and final documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to exceed expectations.
• Produce accurate, customer‑friendly documentation and dispatch it promptly.
• Gather and act on customer feedback to continuously improve services.
• Simplify the booking process and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of destinations, visits and optional extras.
• Build long‑term client relationships and maximise retention through excellent service.
• Collaborate with Product & Marketing to add new visits/products and generate promotional ideas.
• Ensure timely collection of payments to optimise cash flow.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or sales within the travel industry, or a strong passion for travel.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills across phone, written proposals and live presentations.
• Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to adapt style to different audiences.
