Travel Trade Support Manager

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, relationship‑focused Travel Trade Support Manager to join our thriving travel organisation. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of travel partners, helping them grow their business and resolve operational queries.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for assigned travel partners, providing proactive support and resolving queries.
• Assist new partners during onboarding, guiding them to establish and expand their operations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver solutions, guidance and business‑development assistance.
• Deliver product, service and tool updates, including training sessions for partners.
• Organise and lead regular partner meetings at head office or other venues.
• Represent the company at trade events, workshops and industry shows.
• Maintain accurate engagement records in the CRM system.
• Support the wider team by handling partner calls and emails.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the travel industry, preferably retail travel.
• Background in account management, trade support or travel agency management is advantageous.
• Strong communication and networking abilities at regional, national and international levels.
• Customer‑focused, flexible, self‑motivated and commercially aware.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.

• Salary around £33,000 per year, flexible based on experience.
