Treasury Assistant – Temp-to-Perm, Hybrid, £25k‑£26k

About the role
This temporary‑to‑permanent position offers a hands‑on entry point into treasury within a large, well‑established business at Milton Park, Didcot. You will join a supportive finance team and gain practical experience in daily treasury operations while working a flexible 35‑hour week.
Key responsibilities
- Process bank transactions and payments.
- Support payment runs and perform reconciliations.
- Handle direct debits, credit cards and refunds.
- Carry out general finance administration tasks.
Required profile
- Some finance or administrative experience, or currently studying for an AAT qualification.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using finance or ERP systems.
Required skills
- Strong Excel skills (an Excel test will be part of the recruitment process).
- Ability to work with finance/ERP software.

- Hybrid working model – three days per week in the Milton Park office.
