Treasury Dealer / Funding Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Treasury Dealer/Funding professional to join a small, prestigious international bank’s Treasury Front Office in London. The role involves managing daily funding requirements, supporting wholesale and commercial clients, and acting as a first‑line defence for compliance matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all Treasury funding needs for the London office and oversee liability management on a daily basis.
• Support wholesale and commercial clients with treasury products, including FX and deposits.
• Assist in originating new business and relationships across UK and international markets.
• Ensure KYC and CDD compliance for Treasury clients as the first line of defence.
• Provide cover for the Treasury Manager, handling all FX requirements when absent.

Required profile

• Proven treasury dealing experience within international banking in the UK, particularly in funding and cash/liability management.
• Hands‑on experience with KYC/CDD processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and oral.
• Strong IT proficiency.

• FX swaps knowledge.
• KYC/CDD compliance expertise.
