Tree Surgeon – Arboricultural Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tree Surgeon to join a well‑established arboricultural business in Surrey. The role involves delivering high‑quality tree care for both residential and commercial projects, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction on site.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out tree felling, dismantling, crown reductions, thinning, lifting and pruning safely.
• Perform hedge cutting, maintenance, stump grinding, dead‑wood removal and site clearances.
• Operate and maintain a range of tools, machinery and equipment, including chippers, stump grinders and MEWPs.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service during all site visits.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Tree Surgeon or Arborist.
• Relevant NPTC/LANTRA qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Desirable: CSCS card, First Aid qualification, trailer licence.
