Tree Surgeon – Arboricultural Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Tree Surgeon to join our established arboricultural business in Surrey. You will deliver high‑quality tree care for residential and commercial clients, covering removals, pruning, stump grinding, hedge maintenance and planting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform tree felling, dismantling, crown reductions, thinning, lifting and pruning safely.
• Carry out hedge cutting, stump grinding, dead‑wood removal and site clearances.
• Operate, maintain and service chippers, stump grinders, MEWPs and other arboricultural equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent on‑site customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Tree Surgeon or Arborist.
• Relevant NPTC/LANTRA qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong understanding of tree care best practices.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
