Truck Sales Administration Supervisor

About the role

The Truck Sales Administration Supervisor oversees the administrative and operational functions of the Truck Sales department, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance with both company and manufacturer standards. Working closely with Sales and Finance teams, the role supports stock management, vehicle movements, invoicing and cash‑flow processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage truck stock levels across all ranges, including factory orders and inter‑dealer transfers.
• Monitor and report on operational and administrative costs such as stocking, delivery and subcontractor charges.
• Oversee vehicle control on‑site and at third‑party locations, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle movements and maintain precise stock records.
• Ensure vehicle checks are completed for all incoming and outgoing units.
• Administer the Kerridge system, processing purchase invoices accurately.
• Support invoicing, vehicle adoptions and cash‑flow management in partnership with Finance and Sales.
• Reconcile vehicle stock and sales transactions as required.
• Produce, maintain and analyse management reports to aid business decisions.
• Maintain compliance with dealer standards, manufacturer requirements and company policies.

Required profile

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
• Proven experience in team management, coaching and performance monitoring.
• Solid background in sales administration and stock management.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal departments, manufacturers and external suppliers.
