Trust Administrator – Trainee (Bristol)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Law graduate to join our Bristol team as a Trainee Trust Administrator. The role offers a clear pathway into trusts and private wealth administration, with comprehensive training and professional qualifications from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of a variety of client trusts.
• Manage trust cases in line with legislation, trust documentation and best practice.
• Communicate with clients and related parties regarding trust matters.
• Support the preparation and handling of trust tax issues.
• Collaborate with experienced Trust Managers to develop technical expertise.
• Deliver high‑standard client service and support the wider trust administration team.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Law.
• Strong interest in trust law, private wealth or fiduciary services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and a confidential, professional approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivation to pursue professional qualifications and long‑term career in trusts.
