About the role
The Trust Operations Co‑ordinator will sit at the heart of a growing multi‑site education organisation, providing high‑level administrative and operational support to senior leaders. This newly created position offers the chance to shape processes, build relationships across schools and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries, calendars and meeting schedules for senior leaders.
- Act as the central point of contact for staff, stakeholders and external partners.
- Coordinate organisation‑wide meetings, forums, events and conferences.
- Handle central enquiries, inboxes and communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, briefings and key documentation.
- Support the day‑to‑day operation of central hub facilities, including room bookings and visitor management.
- Assist with compliance, safeguarding and health & safety administration.
Required profile
- Experience in a senior administration, PA, office manager or operations support role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work across multiple locations and build relationships with senior stakeholders.

What we offer
- Permanent contract with 30‑37 hours per week.
- Salary range £23,899 – £29,475 per year (actual salary) plus progression.
- Term‑time and INSET days plus two weeks during school holidays; 11 of 13 school holiday weeks off.
- Predominantly based in Worle, North Somerset.
