TUPE Specialist – HR Advisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor with strong TUPE expertise to join a leading national facilities management organisation in Windsor. The TUPE Specialist will manage the mobilisation and demobilisation of large‑scale contracts across the UK, working closely with the HR Manager and TUPE Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end TUPE transfers for multiple projects, ensuring compliance with legislation.
• Prepare and review Employee Liability Information (ELI) and incorporate employee relations matters.
• Liaise with contract managers and key stakeholders throughout the TUPE process.
• Provide advice on TUPE legislation and best practice to the HR team.
• Support the HR Manager with a high volume of concurrent TUPE projects.
• Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure seamless transfer processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience with significant TUPE exposure.
• Previous role as HR Advisor or similar generalist position involving regular TUPE work.
• Strong knowledge of UK TUPE legislation and its practical application.
• Experience in employee relations is advantageous.
• Experience in a fast‑paced commercial environment, preferably facilities management.
• CIPD qualification at Level 3 or above.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
