Turkish Speaking Mortgage Broker

About the role

We are seeking a Turkish‑speaking Mortgage Broker to join a leading London brokerage. The role focuses on delivering relationship‑driven mortgage advice to high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients, many of whom are Turkish investors purchasing property in the UK and abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regulated mortgage advice to UK and international clients.
• Support Turkish‑speaking clients in purchasing UK residential, buy‑to‑let and high‑value properties.
• Manage prime and super‑prime London cases from enquiry to completion.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with HNW/UHNW investors and introducers.
• Ensure full FCA compliance and keep accurate case notes.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, wealth partners and internal teams.
• Participate in occasional travel to Turkey and Europe for client meetings.

Required profile

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• Proven UK experience as a Mortgage Broker or Adviser; Mortgage Administrators/Paraplanners may be considered.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
• Experience with international or overseas income cases is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of UK mortgage regulation.
• Comfortable advising HNW/UHNW or complex clients.
