Turning Programmer/Setter/Operator (CNC Mazak)

About the role

We are seeking a Turning Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our modern manufacturing facility. You will work with Mazak CNC equipment to produce precision components for aerospace, defence and automotive customers. The role offers a stable full‑time schedule with competitive pay and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Program, set up and operate CNC turning and milling machines, primarily Mazak.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
• Prepare tooling, fixtures and materials for each job within required timeframes.
• Conduct in‑process and final inspections using micrometers, verniers and gauges.
• Maintain machine performance, make adjustments as needed, and record work orders.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and efficiency standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in CNC machining, preferably with Mazak equipment.
• Qualification in Engineering or a related technical field (desirable).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines.
• Positive, flexible attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
