Twilight Care Assistant

About the role
Join Arddenlee Care Home in Dunoon as a Twilight Care Assistant, providing person‑centred support during the 4 pm‑10 pm shift. You will help residents maintain dignity, independence and wellbeing in a beautiful seaside setting.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care, mobility and nutrition.
- Support emotional wellbeing and promote a warm, respectful environment.
- Follow individual care plans and record observations accurately.
- Identify and report any changes in residents’ condition.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure safe, responsive care.
Required profile
- A caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- SVQ/NVQ Level 2 desirable or willingness to work towards it.
Required skills
What we offer
- £13.60 per hour.
- Paid PVG pension and uniform provided.
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full‑time contract).
