UiPath RPA Developer (Hybrid, 6‑12 month contract)

About the role

Join a high‑profile digital transformation programme in Newcastle as a UiPath RPA Developer. This hybrid, 6‑12 month contract role involves delivering robust, scalable automation solutions for a leading organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement automation solutions using the UiPath platform.
• Build reusable, scalable and maintainable RPA workflows.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects and technical teams to translate business requirements into automation.
• Perform unit testing, system testing and support UAT activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring optimal bot performance.
• Produce clear technical documentation and adhere to development standards.
• Support deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement of automation solutions.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience developing solutions with UiPath.
• Excellent understanding of RPA development best practices and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and the REFramework.
• Knowledge of API integrations, web services and SQL databases.
• Strong debugging and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
